If you or your loved ones are suffering from a terminally ill disease condition, please give us a call for free consultation and evaluation of the appropriateness of hospice service. The Consultation and evaluation is absolutely free. A qualified Registered Nurse will come to you home and consult with our medical director and then they will get back with you, and coordinate the process with your current physicians.
